Alec came out to install the mitigation system. He arrived on time and we went to the basement to discuss where the system’s piping would go to exit the house through the crawl space. He also installed a new vapor barrier in the crawl space. He did a fabulous job. Alec left me with a test kit to place in the basement for a few days and postage paid envelope to send kit to a lab to confirm that radon levels were now within EPA acceptable range. All was done very professionally. I would recommend Rocky Mountain Radon Mitigation.

Ian was great to work with. He came out quickly. He was polite and efficient. He didn’t try to upsell add ins like other companies I talked to did. He was in and out in in around 20 minutes. He did it all for the best price I was quoted. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else.
I have added charts of the radon levels before and after the fan was installed. Before, the levels were getting as high as 6. After the fan was installed, the levels have not gone higher than 1.5 and they have mostly been under 1.
